- 1 pound bow tie pasta
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 24 ounces pasta sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Boil water in a large pot and cook the bow tie pasta until al dente, then drain.
- In a medium skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, draining excess grease afterward.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked beef with cream cheese and milk until smooth.
- Stir in pasta sauce and gently fold in the cooked bow tie pasta until well combined.
- Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray and pour in the pasta mixture evenly.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
