Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Sear in a large skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through and golden brown. Let rest before cubing.
- In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the rotini until al dente; drain.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic. Add flour to create a roux, then gradually pour in half-and-half while stirring until smooth. Mix in ranch seasoning and cheddar cheese until melted.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the creamy sauce and cubed chicken until well-coated.
