Instructions
- Gather all ingredients, ensuring leftover pasta is ready.
- In a frying pan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic with turkey strips until browned.
- Add leftover pasta to the pan and toss for a couple of minutes until warmed through.
- Remove from heat; pour in beaten eggs and quickly toss to coat the pasta without scrambling.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the pasta, mixing gently until melted into a creamy sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan and fresh parsley if desired.
