  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Add broccoli florets during the last 3 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
  2. Season chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken in olive oil until golden brown.
  4. Melt butter in the same skillet; add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, zest, parsley, chives, and seasonings.
  5. Combine cooked pasta, broccoli, and chicken with the sauce. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water as needed.
