- 12 oz penne or rigatoni pasta
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, boil water and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, marinara sauce, basil, garlic powder, and black pepper; mix well.
- Add cooked pasta to the cheese mixture; stir gently until coated.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
