Ingredients
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken seasoned with Cajun seasoning and cook until browned and cooked through (5-7 minutes).
- Stir in minced garlic and cook briefly until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Pour in heavy cream and mix well.
- Gradually add grated Parmesan cheese into the sauce until melted and smooth. Toss in the cooked penne pasta, mixing thoroughly.
- Plate the dish and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
