Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ cup grape juice
- 1 ½ tsp Cajun seasoning
- ½ tsp sweet paprika
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Cooked pasta (8 oz)
- 1–2 Tbsp. fresh minced parsley
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in grape juice and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in Cajun seasoning, sweet paprika, and dried oregano.
- Reduce heat, add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and thickened.
- Toss cooked pasta in the sauce until coated evenly.
- Finish with fresh parsley and lemon juice if desired. Serve warm.
