- 1 lb chicken breast
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1.25 oz ranch seasoning
- 3.5 cups chicken broth
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- In the same pot, simmer the chicken in chicken broth for about 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Shred the chicken once done.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Return the pot to low heat and add the cooked penne and chicken mixture. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Add remaining cheddar cheese until melted and creamy. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
