- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 4 ounces cream cheese

Instructions
- Boil spaghetti: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, about 9–11 minutes.
- Make the sauce: In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Combine ingredients: Add cubed cream cheese and milk to the skillet. Stir until smooth and creamy, about 3–5 minutes.
- Add cheese: Mix in grated Parmesan until melted. Season with salt and pepper; adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if necessary.
- Toss together: Drain spaghetti, reserving some pasta water. Mix spaghetti into the sauce until well-coated.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and enjoy warm.
