Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef (or Sirloin Tips)
- 12 oz Pasta (Penne, Fusilli, or Bowtie)
- 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 5 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Beef Broth
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat until cooked through. Drain excess grease and set aside.
- Melt butter in the same skillet, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).
- Whisk in beef broth and heavy cream; stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Reduce heat to low; incorporate Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Add cooked beef and pasta back into the skillet.
- Toss everything together to coat evenly; serve immediately garnished with fresh parsley.
