- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)

Instructions
- Chop garlic finely and season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; sauté the seasoned chicken for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet; sauté for 1 minute before incorporating the orzo pasta.
- Pour in the chicken broth to cover; bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer until orzo absorbs most of the liquid (about 10 minutes).
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until creamy and well combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
