Instructions
- Boil salted water in a large pot; cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat; add turkey strips and cook until crispy (5-7 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
- Lower heat, add minced garlic to the skillet, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, stir with turkey drippings, and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in thawed peas; cook until warmed through (2-3 minutes).
- Gradually add Parmesan cheese while stirring until melted; adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
- Toss drained pasta with the creamy sauce; season with salt and pepper.
- Fold in crispy turkey strips; serve immediately garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
