Ingredients
- 450 g Penne pasta (uncooked)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 1/2 cups Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Milk (or half and half)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/2 cup Pesto
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- Optional: Chili flakes for heat
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente; drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until golden brown.
- Add heavy cream, milk, pesto, chili flakes, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Mix well and let simmer.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, stirring gently to coat evenly. Heat for an additional 1-2 minutes before serving.
