Instructions
- Boil salted water in a large pot. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until golden brown.
- Add diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper; simmer for about 5 minutes until softened.
- Lower heat and stir in the heavy cream until well combined with the tomato mixture.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce, ensuring each strand is evenly coated.
- Plate your pasta and garnish with freshly chopped basil before serving.
