Instructions
- Cook the tortellini in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve 1/4 cup pasta water before draining.

- Sauté turkey strips in a skillet over medium heat until crispy; add garlic near the end if desired.
- Combine cooked tortellini with turkey in the skillet and pour egg mixture over, stirring constantly to avoid scrambling.
- Use reserved pasta water to adjust sauce consistency as needed; season with salt and pepper before serving.
