Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 oz uncooked spaghetti or fettuccine
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- Optional: 1 cup frozen peas
Instructions
- Spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the uncooked pasta and frozen peas until evenly mixed.
- Pour the mixture into the slow cooker and cook on low for four hours or until pasta is tender.
- About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Stir gently before serving and enjoy.
