- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 lb bowtie pasta
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat and stir in minced garlic until fragrant.
- In a slow cooker, combine the seasoned chicken, melted garlic butter mixture, and chicken broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until chicken is tender.
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions about 20 minutes before serving.
- Once the chicken is ready, mix in the cooked pasta until coated with the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
