- ½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter (divided)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 8 oz angel hair pasta
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Grate the Parmesan cheese and let it sit at room temperature.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat; add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and optional seasonings, then gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil.
- Add angel hair pasta directly into the boiling sauce and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once cooked al dente, reduce heat to low and add remaining butter and cheese, stirring until smooth.
- Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
