Ingredients
- ½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 8 oz angel hair pasta
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Grate the parmesan cheese and set aside to reach room temperature.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and any desired seasonings. Stir in milk and bring to a boil.
- Add angel hair pasta directly into the boiling sauce, breaking it in half if needed.
- Simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, then reduce heat to low.
- Stir in the remaining tablespoon of butter and gradually add parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
