  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Spices: paprika and Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown; remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté chopped onion for 3-4 minutes; add minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
  4. Add chicken broth and heavy cream to the skillet; simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Return chicken and spaghetti to the skillet; mix until evenly coated in sauce.
