Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot, adding salt.

- Cook spaghetti until al dente; reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- Add reserved pasta water to the skillet and stir to incorporate browned bits.
- Toss hot pasta with chicken in the skillet.
- Pour egg mixture over the pasta quickly, stirring to create a creamy sauce.
- Mix in remaining Parmesan and adjust seasoning as needed before serving.
