Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Optional garnishes: toasted sesame seeds, fresh parsley or green onions
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and toss with butter.
- Season cubed steak with salt, black pepper, and soy sauce.
- In a skillet over high heat, sear the steak until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness. Remove from pan.
- Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant. Add soy sauce, honey, sriracha, rice vinegar, sesame oil, crushed red pepper flakes, and water; simmer until slightly thickened.
- Combine cooked spaghetti with the sauce in the skillet. Add seared steak back into the pan and stir well.
- Serve immediately topped with sesame seeds and chopped herbs.
